Their target audience is women, particulary educated women, that are interested in policy changes.
Usefulness: The list of portions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that pertain to women and families is a helpful reference. I was not aware there were so many different pieces that could have a major impact on women’s success in this economy.
